Two Zion members are needed on the Student Bursary Committee.

You could be one of these people if you have faith that a liberal arts education can provide a firm foundation for a lifetime of learning and service to the community and the church, and in the young women and men to whom you will grant these bursary funds as they pursue Christian studies, musical education, or language studies in Norway.

Zion is privileged with this ministry through the generosity of the Evelyn Olson and Irene Seierstad Bursaries placed in the trusteeship of our Church Council. The Student Bursary Committee has been inactive during the Covid pandemic cycles, but is now actively seeking applicants for the 2023-2024 study year.

Please contact Kaylyn Scrivens, Administrative Assistant, Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, at zion.office@sasktel.net or 306-653-2442 to apply for bursary consideration, to nominate someone for the Student Bursary Committee, or to answer this call to serve in the ministry and mission of Christ.
