September 4, 2020
At Zion, we are starting our first hybrid service on Sunday, September 20. This means that you can attend the service either in-person or virtually. We ask all those who plan on attending in person to register using this link –https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/119138966857 or the link can be found on our website –https://zionsaskatoon.com/ You can also register by calling the office (306.653.2442). The live stream option will be made available at 10:30 Sunday morning on our Youtube page – https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo7oFRb9WluqtWmHpv-yVgw/videos
We are looking forward to worshiping together in this manner, however, there are many changes you will need to consider if you plan on attending in person.
Coat racks will not be in use during Sunday morning services. Because the flow of traffic is one way, you will exit the building a different door than you enter. Every other pew will be occupied so as to remain the proper social distance. You may use the empty pew in front of you for your jackets and coats.
Offering plates will not be passed during the service. They will be at the back of the sanctuary for you to drop your offering in either before or after the service.
Bulletins will be found in the hymn books. Please do not share bulletins or hymnals. You may leave your bulletin in your pew after the service is over.
The nursery will be closed until further notice.
If you, or someone in your house, shows any cold or flu symptoms, please stay home and take advantage of our live stream option.
Sharing fellowship and refreshments are not possible at this time but we encourage you to take advantage of beautiful fall weather and stay afterwards to visit in the parking lot.
Masks will be mandatory. We encourage you to bring your own, but if you cannot, one will be provided to you at the door.
If you have any concerns or questions, we welcome you to contact the office.
Thank you for your consideration as we navigate this new direction of worship together.
